Pressure Filters SF

STAUFF pressure filters are designed for the most demanding applications. They come in a variety of sizes, configurations and with numerous porting options.

  • pressures to 420 bar (6000 PSI); flows to 1320 l/min (350 US GPM)
  • BSP, NPT, SAE "O"-ring or SAE Code 61 & 62 flange ports

Top Loading Pressure Filters SF

STAUFF Top Loading two-Piece Bowl Model are available in the larger sizes of SF pressure filters

  • pressures to 420 bar (6000 PSI); flows 990to 1320 l/min (250- 350 US GPM)
  • BSP, NPT, SAE "O"-ring or SAE Code 61 & 62 flange ports

Return Filters RIF

STAUFF RIF300 series is a large capacity return filter designed for inline hydraulic applications with a maximum working pressure of 34.5 bar (500 PSI).

Used together with STAUFF filter SP300E elements, a high efficiency of contaminant removal is assured:-

  • Flow rating up to 1135 l/min (300 US GPM) for 32 cSt (150 SUS) fluids
  • SP300E Elements are available in 3, 5, 10 & 20 um absolute
  • Operating Pressure max 34.5 bar (500 psi)
  • Construction In-line assembly Filter head and cover Anodised aluminium Element case Plated Steel
  • Seals O-rings NBR (Buna-N®) FPM (Viton®)
  • Port connections SAE Code 61 flange
  • Burst pressure min 103 bar (1500 psi);
  • Temperature range -29°C to 107°C (-20°F to 225°F)
  • Bypass valve Allows unfiltered oil to bypass the contaminated element once the opening pressure has been reached
  • Bypass setting 3.4 + .34 bar (50 + 5 psi)

Return Filters RFS

RFS Return Line Filters with conventional steel filter bowel.

These STAUFF carbon steel return line filters are designed as tank top filters. They are mounted directly on the tank top and if 100% of the system oil is filtered, they provide the optimum removal of contaminants from the system. This provides the pump with clean oil thus reducing contaminant generated wear. The filter bowl or funnel is designed with a connection threaded or flanged for extending the return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing the entrainment of air.

    Return Line Tank Top Filters RF

    STAUFF RF 014-130 return line filters are designed as tank top filters. They are mounted directly on the tank top and if 100% of the system oil is filtered, they provide the optimum removal of contaminant from the system. This provides the pump with clean oil thus reducing contaminant generated wear. The filter bowl or funnel is designed to return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing the entraiment of air by the returning oil.

    STAUFF RTF 10/25 series return filters are designed for in-tank hydraulic applications with a maximum operating pressure of 3.4 bar (50 PSI).

    STAUFF RTF 40 series return filters are designed for in-tank hydraulic applications with a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar (100 PSI). The filter bowl is designed to return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing entrainment of air. The RTF48 elements interchange with the popular "K" series and the RTF49 elements interchange with the "RTE-409" series elements.

    STAUFF RFB return line filters are designed as tank top filters. They are mounted directly on the tank top and if 100% of the system oil is filtered they provide the optimum removal of contaminant from the system. This provides the pump with clean oil thus reducing contaminant generated wear. Because of it’s low weight and compact design the STAUFF filters RFB are optimally suitable in mobile hydraulic applications.
