Upright Filter Trolley

For complete flexibility the new range of Oil Solutions Filter Trolleys have been designed as versatile units with a number of practical uses and therefore are equally suited to both large and small plants.

These units can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When they are not needed for filling or topping up systems they can be used as a recycling plant to extend the life of the oil in your systems. By increasing the cleanliness of your oil the life of your equipment will be extended. This in turn saves down time and increases productivity. These trolleys are supplied with 240 Volt Electric motor, dual filter heads and 250 mm Pneumatic wheels, quality Italian gear pumps, dual posted filter heads, clogging indicators, 10 micron nominal and 3 micron absolute high capacity Spin-On Filters. The Drum Filter Trolley

 

The Drum Trolley is a mobile transfer and filtration unit that can carry a 205 litre oil drum. It has the capacity to recycle oil from a hydraulic system, transfer new oil for filling or topping up the oil in a system, and to transfer oil without filtering

These trolleys are supplied with 240 Volt Electric motor, dual filter heads, quality Italian gear pumps, dual posted filter heads, clogging indicators, 10 micron nominal and 3 micron absolute high capacity Spin-On Filters. The hoses and electrical cord are 3 meters long. Quality castors are used for ease of mobility. Drum Filter trolley (95 Kb)

Filter Trolleys with Large Filtering Capacity

 

Our range of large capacity filter trolleys come equipped with large capacity 3 um (micron) absolute elements that will remove up 4.0 litres of solids of which up to 2,000 ml can be of water. They come in two sizes with one or two elements. The unit on the right is the model with two elements

They are built on a tank base to make changing of elements a breeze. The oil in the filter housing is drained into the tank below and then after the element is changed the oil can be sucked back up into the filter housing again.

The units are also equipped with a filter bypass valve to enable it to be used as a transfer unit.

Custom Built for Special Purposes

 

We custom build filter trolleys for special purposes. This one has three large capacity elements and 10 kW of heating.

It is built on a tank base to make changing of elements a breeze. The oil in the filter housing is drained into the tank below and then after the element is changed the oil can be sucked back up into the filter housing again.

There is a range of elements that can be used in these units, one to suit every application.

Stauff

The Stauff Portable Filter Cart SPFC is a very complete and practical unit utilising the magnetic core' pre-filtration and final filtration through a 10 micron absolute element. This cart is designed for the transfer, filling, emptying of reservoirs or filtration of mineral oil based fluids for hydraulic systems & gear boxes limited to a viscosity range of 10-150 mmÙ 2/sec* (cSt).

The application of the SPFC offers excellent mobility for maintenance departments, resulting in clean oil changes, increasing the lifetime of components and a higher availability of machinery.

  • Seals/O-rings: Buna N
  • Filter: 10 um absolute Magnetic Core (integral pre-filter)

CJC have a wide range of units complete with integral circulating pumps, and are recognised the world over for their efficient purification systems.

The CJC Filter Inserts are depth filters with a rating of 3 micron absolute (~B3>75) offering a very high dirt holding capacity. Their pump capacities range from 0.75 to 100 Litres/Minute. They also have Filter Separator units combining off-line filtration with continuos water separation.
