Mini Power Packs Compact series

The compact and lightweight aluminium die-cast central manifold is the core part of our modular mini power packs system. Its advanced design offers some major peculiarities:
- modular system made of a cut down number of core components assembled in a flexible way: one single central manifold casting with two executions to realise thousands of different industrial and mobile applications, with DC or AC motor, single or double effect cylinders, with power up to 7,5 kW, flow from 0,3 up to 25 l/min and pressure up to 280bar
- pressure and flow control valves, check and directional valves, proportional controls, gear and hand pumps, up to eight devices can be integrated into the central manifold for design flexibility and compactness - all components are single-piece pre-assembled and pre-tested cartridges for easy assembling.

PERFORMANCE

The high performance pressure balanced gear pumps, the helical rotor pumps, the electrical motors and coils are all designed and manufactured for typical mini power units applications in order to improve the system overall efficiency, reducing heat generation and consumption.
The central manifold is impregnated with special resins to guarantee leakage-free operation during the life span of the product and 100% tested before delivery. The functional components are made with hardened steel parts for best reliability and long life.

MARKET COMPATIBILITY

Our sales policy includes the possibility to supply power packs either in kit of loose parts, typically to local distributors who can thus optimize stock and shipments by locally assembling the units, or fully assembled and tested units, typically to OEMs.
Group 1 gear pumps with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, reversible or double execution (also HI-LO) can be mounted on the standard manifolds with no modification required.
Standard B14 electric motors can be mounted.
Screw-in cartridge valves are fitted in ¾-16UNF standard cavities, the main relief valve is fitted in a M20×1,5 standard cavity, while return line flow regulators are fitted in standard 1/4″ BSPP cavities.

Power units include Steel reservoir, vertical mounted gear pump, pressure outlet, tank top filter, relief valve, filler breather and level temperature gauge.
