Complete Oil / Air Cooler Systems with Axial Fan for Industrial Applications

These high performance coolers with axial fans are suitable for hydraulic cooling applications with both return line and off line versions available.
EL
EL coolers use high efficiency axial fans and strong cooling elements to achieve maximum performance. Many models are available with medium or high speed fans and the modular design allows the addition of circulation pumps and filters when required.

Off-line Complete Package. Avoids return line pressure & flow problems. Allows integration of quality Hydac filtration.

Oil-water heat exchangers

HYDAC plate heat exchangers are high performance components and provide a high level of efficiency combined with compact dimensions and low weight.

Characteristic data

  • Cooling performance up to 300kW
  • Flow rates up to 800 l/min with small pressure loss
  • High efficiency and cooling performance by coordinated gradation with compact design

Heat transfer plates and connections are manufactured from stainless steel to AISI 316, 1.4404, vacuum brazed with copper simple assembly by available fastening parts

Pump transfer-cooler-filtration units

The UKF-unit is a compact , easy to install unit for off-line filtration cooling circuits. Installation is simply a matter of hydraulic inline mounting to and from the tank and connecting the voltage supply.

Off-line unit consisting of low noise feed pump, filter and oil-water plate heat exchanger.

Typical applications are:

  • Plastic injection moulding machines
  • transmission systems, presses & machining centres

The UKF is available in three Models:-

  • UKF 1 (20-60 L/m)
  • UKF 2 (20-60 L/m)
  • UKF 3 (20-185 L/m)

Cooling with Mineral Oil

Complete liquid cooling systems for closed cool and lubricant systems. Consisting of heat exchanger, filter circulation pump and tank.

  • Cooling performance up to 40 kW
  • Flow rate up to 80 l/min
  • Tank capacity up to 50 l
  • Cooling medium air
  • preferential operating medium: water with glysantin G48

Function

The submerged pump integrated in the plastic tank transports the medium over the element which is to be cooled to the heat exchanger. The low noise radial fan provides for the necessary cooling air flow.

  • Cooling System FWKS 2.1
