HDU 15/25 PV is an off-line Fine Filter for fluid maintenance in hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling, and small quench-oil systems.

The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, oxidation by-products (resin) and water.

The filter is particularly useful for filtering high-viscosity lubricants on wind turbine transmissions.

HDU 15/25 PV is available in one size only with one filter insert used specifically for this purpose. CJC™ oil maintenance systems are available in a range of design configurations including pre-heaters, drip pans, tank, control boxes, coalescers - and as mobile filters.

The HDU 15/25 PV Filter is ideal for:

• small hydraulic power packs
• gear boxes, in particular wind turbine transmissions
• tap changers
• injection moulding machines
• and similar industrial and marine applications

HDU 27/- off-line Fine Filters maintain fluids in medium to large hydraulic power transmissions, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems.

The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, oxidation by-products (resin) and water.

The HDU 27/- series is available in sizes 27/27, 27/54, 27/81 and 27/108, using from 1-4 CJC™ Filter Inserts fitted in the same filter housing.

CJC™ oil maintenance systems are available in a range of design configurations including pre-heaters, drip pans, tanks, control boxes, coalescers - and as mobile filters.

The HDU 27/- series is ideal for:

• Hydraulic systems (e.g., test benches, power packs for cranes, presses etc.)

• Quench works
• and similar industrial and marine applications

HDU 427/- filters are off-line Fine Filters with 4 stays/stacks of filter inserts fitted inside a single filter housing. They are used to maintain fluids in medium to large hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems.
The filter inserts have a 3-micron absolute filtration rating with a high dirt-holding capacity. The cellulose-based filter material removes particles, oxidation by-products (resin) and water.

The HDU 427/- series is available in sizes 427/54, 427/81 and 427/108, using 4 stacks, with each containing 2, 3 or 4 CJC™ Filter Inserts.

HDU Multistays are off-line Fine Filters with 2, 3 or more HDU 27/- series filter housings installed in parallel, used for maintenance of fluids in large hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling and quenching oil systems.

The filter inserts have a 3-micron absolute filtration rating with a high dirt-holding capacity. The cellulose-based filter material removes particles, oxidation by-products (resin) and water.

HDU Multistay filters are available in sizes HDU 2 x 27/- , HDU 3 x 27/-, and more stays, depending on the required oil capacity.

The HDU Multistay series is ideal for:

• Marine diesel engine lubrication

The HDU Ion Exchange Filter consists of acid/ion neutralizing filters combined with standard HDU 3-micron absolute Fine Filters with a high dirt-holding capacity.

The filter is particularly useful for maintenance of transformer oils, lowering acidity levels and removing particles, oxidation by-products (resin) and moisture.

The HDU Ion Exchange Filter is available in sizes:

2 x 27/108-54, 3 x 27/108-108, and 4 x 27/108-108, using 2 or 4 CJC™ Filter Insert and 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, or 12 Acidity Removal Inserts. Also available with preheater.
